Born from Pain, Built with Purpose.
Beta Girls Movement (BGM) was born out of a simple truth: every girl deserves a second chance.
In communities where women who are abused, raped, abandoned, or left behind are often silenced, BGM was created to give them back their voice and the strength to use it.
What started as an idea among a few women sharing their stories has grown into a sisterhood that reaches across borders.
We are mothers, daughters, sisters, survivors, and dreamers, united by the belief that no woman is too broken to be made whole again.
Here, we do not judge. We listen.
We do not pity. We empower.
We do not rescue. We rebuild together.

To stand against poverty and pain by empowering women with healing, education, and opportunity. We are building a movement where every girl learns to earn, lead, and live free from fear and dependence.

Peace Oba-Gabriel
Founder & Lead Volunteer, Beta Girls Movement
A communicator and compassionate leader dedicated to helping women rise from pain into purpose. Peace founded Beta Girls Movement eight years ago to create the kind of space she wished every girl could have, one filled with love, understanding, and second chances.
Behind every Beta Girl is a group of women and men who believe in her potential. Our team is made up of mentors, counsellors, creatives, and volunteers who pour their love, time, skills, and resources into helping girls find their way back to hope.
